Paul Earle is currently founder and principal of A Day In The Sun, a brand futures lab that advises clients on what’s next, and creates a handful of its own new brands as a venturer. With design a central component of all he does, he’s cofounder of GOODLES mac and cheese, Big Nose Kate whiskey, Small Wonder haircare, and others. When not creating new brands, Paul can be found working with students and executives as a faculty member at Northwestern’s Kellogg School.
