Randy has more than 20 years of marketing research experience, having worked on the client-side for companies such as PepsiCo and Unilever, and most recently as Head of Client Experience at Olson Zaltman, a research agency focused on deep consumer insights that works with many blue-chip and Fortune 500 companies in the US and globally. Randy has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Marketing research (MMR) from the University of Georgia.

Randy is passionately curious about consumers and specializes in applying his understanding of behavioral and cognitive sciences to reach business-building insights with a concentration in the areas of brand equity and packaging and product innovation.
