Tim has over 20 years of agency experience leading design, development and innovation teams. He has run multi-disciplinary programs for global brands as well as start-ups. Specializing in physical products, he has been involved in all aspects of product design and development and has won 29 international design awards including 4 IDEA Gold Awards. Tim holds dozens of design and utility patents and has experience in categories including consumer products, packaging, furniture, interior design, as well as industrial and medical equipment. Tim has lead teams on projects for brands including John Deere, Starbucks, OXO, DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, Brown Foreman, and many more.
