IS DESIGN THINKING PRODUCING RESULTS?
In January, our CEO and Founder, Peter Clarke, facilitated a panel at the first annual Package Design Matters Conference in Naples, Florida. Aside from collaborating and sharing insights with the talented minds of the packaging community, Peter hosted a discussion regarding the expansive and pertinent topic of Design Thinking entitled “Is Design Thinking Producing Results?” Joining Peter was a panel of professionals (from L to R) Ron Barrage, Senior Director Global Head of Design at Hershey; David Lestage, Director of R&D Packaging Innovation at Frito-Lay; Peter Clarke (center); Eric Schulz, Head of Structural Design at Kraft Foods; and John Walther, Global Design Director at Kimberly-Clark.
Their discussion focused on the challenges and importance of design working cohesively with each team while executing a project to define meaningful brands and effectively meet business objectives.
