Sarah Palomba leads Product Ventures’ design strategy department by positioning brands for success with her experience in dissecting, understanding, and communicating key brand and product attributes that can be embodied through design. She has a diversified design background from graphics to fashion to interiors and has played a key leadership role in developing and managing the design strategy for such high-profile brands as the Chris Madden for JCPenney Home Collection. Also, Sarah has co-authored, styled and art directed “Chris Madden: The Soul of a House” and has produced trend reports and style guides for major retailers and business partners. Pairing her experience in creative visualization with her strategic mindset, Sarah helps the team decode the meaning of each challenge and portray it in a compelling narrative to create purposeful, meaningful and memorable holistic design.
